Does this represent a recent change in DL's cancellation policy? NWA used to use this exact policy (cancel by 11:59pm the following day) but I thought DL used to have a 24-hour cancellation policy only. In other words, 24 hours from the time you purchased the ticket only -- not midnight the following day.

Just wondering as I was burned once last year trying to cancel a ticket and I was told I had 24 hours from ticket purchase to do it (and I called at hour 28). I wound up taking my orig scheduled flights so not a huge deal but it still bugged me a bit.
