Not on your route or very recent(EK 3 yrs ago and QR over a year ago) but based on EK's 777's and QR's A330's BA CW has by far the best seats though QR's 2x2x2 config seems very spacious.Both EK and QR have better food,QR tend to share lounges other than their premium terminal in Doha which was quite nice.EK lounges are often packed to bursting.
If I had to choose between QR and EK I think I'd choose QR unless I got to fly EK's A380,but I'd choose BA over both if it was competetive.
