I purchased a buddy pass last summer from Tel aviv to puerto rico, my previous employer bought it through a company that sells buddy passes. i flew the first way and now I want to return to israel and they say that someone canceled the ticket. My previous employer had purchased this ticket for me and I had paid him cash , is it possible that he could cancel the ticket even though it was in my name without my approval.
Delta said its not there problem but I feel it is unfair since i paid good money for the ticket and it was in my name, is there anything to do? is delta liable for canceling it or am I screwed?
