Me and Fiance... Combine accounts & MR points?
I found a few threads about merging accounts, but they are all very old, so I thought maybe to start a newer one...

I am getting married later this year... I currently have an Amex Premier Gold Card. The Fiance has the slightly older Gold Preferred Rewards card.

They are currently 2 totally separate accounts.

1) Can she merge her account into mine, cancel her Preferred card and become an additional card holder under my account, so we are not paying annual fees (I believe 2nd card for the Premier Gold is free of annual charges) on 2 cards?

2) Can she merge all her MR points into my account?
