As my best friend
Goldorak says it can take anything between a couple of days to 2 weeks.
I recently had a stay at a Mercure hotel in Paris, the weekend before last. The card number was 100% registered as I could see the number on our "room screen" that the hotel uses for bookings etc. Returning to Dublin, 3 days later the points had not been credited so I scanned and sent the invoice to A-Club and 15 min later the points had been credited followed by one of their cryptic mails ^
Basically what I'm trying to say, you don't have to wait for more than 3 days before chasing points, but do remember to ALWAYS get your receipt before leaving the hotel.
Some Accor hotels gives you a receipt for the card number being registred like Novotel @ Les Halles) others don't... Don't know what the story is there?
