I have been trying to get a straight answer from Delta but to no avail. I would like to rent a car through the marketplace, however as I am under 25 I dont understand if I A. Cant or B. Can but pay the daily fee (states like NY require by law that one must be able to rent a car).

Any help or ideas? DL was clueless
