Has anyone else experienced trouble making reward bookings online recently?
I'm trying to make a partner award booking for an AA flight and have been kicked off several times in the final stage, saying BA couldn't process the transaction at this time.
I've tried from 2 accounts and from 2 different web browsers.
Current wait time for a phone agent is 113 minutes
Any advice, or similar problems? Trying to book a flight in a few days.
Yes i had this trouble last week. Tried to change a return leg which was available but when i clicked proceed BA.com said it wasnt. Called up to ask about it but by the time i got through the availability had gone
