Accor used to be very bad for points posting but things have greatly improved since last summer when they changed their IT system. But there are still a few stays, in my experience, which do not post automatically. Usually points are posted after 2 to 3 days, occasionally longer (1 to 2 weeks). After 2 weeks, I recommend to ask for retro-credit using the form on A-club web site
I have had them take longer than two weeks, and sometimes if you apply for retro-credit before six weeks has elapsed, you get an email telling you to wait six weeks!
