I've never had a Blue Sky card, but this doesn't sound right. If I go to membershiprewards.com, use the white [Login] button, and click [Points Summary] I see a Summary tab, and a Statement Details tab, to the right of this I see Program - 1M12345678. That "1M" number is my Membership Rewards account.

Do you see more than one rewards account number?
