Indeed, though the PC is just one terminal over in the same security zone and has free booze and WiFi, along with admitting based on the PPass card.

It is also worth noting that having a OnePass account based overseas may preclude participation in some promotional offers and that the free PC membership for European elites is not a formally defined benefit of the OnePass program.
