Korean Air or Air France in J?

Although the flights are not on Delta, I'd love to get the opinion of those of you who have flown on both airlines. I have 2 options for flights next week from YYZ to HKG:

1) Korean Air, leaving YYZ 11:50 pm, 6 hour layover in ICN and arriving in HKG at 11 am. The first flight (YYZ-ICN) will be on the Prestige Plus (no sleepers yet), but the second flight will be on Prestige Sleeper.

2) Air France, leaving YYZ at 8:15 pm, 4.5 hour layover in CDG and arriving in HKG at 8 am. Both flights in Affaires.

I've flown AF in J many times, but usually only to Europe not beyond. Has anyone taken AF to Asian destinations? Never flown KE.

From what I've been reading about KE, it seems like a no-brainer to pick them, but the 6 hour layover in ICN in the middle of the night (arriving at 2:30 am) is not very appealing. Furthermore, for purposes of battling jet lag, is it better to have the longer flight later on so I can sleep longer and arrive rested in HKG? Finally, the AF gets me into HKG a little earlier, giving me a full day to recover before the work week starts.

What would you do?
