I bought out the full stock of certs at the Woodinville, WA Costco a couple weeks ago. The next day I went to Kirkland, WA and they seemed to have plenty.

Yesterday I was at the Costco in Manhattan Beach, CA and bought another 20 and they had a FedEx pack of probably 100 or so in it so it seems like they were resupplied recently. They still have plenty if anyone in the LA area needs any.
