I've learned how much I didn't know (and still don't know) about earning frequent flyer miles. Seems like there is always another "angle" that I never would have thought of, such as buying savings bonds online with a mileage Visa.

My husband and I have over 90,000 Hilton points (chump change to some of you), but we haven't yet stayed at a Hilton property. We'll finally stay at 4 properties next week, which will complete EWRDC.

There are too many other promotions to list, but the AA 20 partners promotion and the current Northwest/Sprint promotion are both pretty amazing. Oh, and the Starwood Amex, while not quite as good as it once was, is still a great card.

There are a few "grouches" on flyertalk, but the vast majority are very generous people who have enabled my husband and I (non-business travelers) to see a lot more of the world than we ordinarily could have done! Thanks to all!!!
