American Airlines will allow customers with ticketed travel September 11, 2001 through September 18, 2001 to change travel dates on/before November 15, 2001 with no penalty or change fee. In addition, customers with ticketed travel September 11, 2001 through September 18, 2001 may request a refund to original form of payment or accept voucher. This applies to all AA/Eagle ticket locations and Travel Agencies.
