It was a problem with the cert. I had a similar instance using my $200 DM selection. It was screwed up when I tried to do it on line so I had to call. The agent said the fee attaches automatically and she could not get it off either. Eventually she CALLED ME BACK! and told me it was all set. Great service and the fee should not be applied when there is a problem booking on line.
