I found the Jewish Museum very interesting, and also the Stasi Museum. If you like Birkenstocks you can buy them much more cheaply in Berlin than elsewhere in the world. I bought two pairs for around 60 Euros (this was about three years ago mind). And of course, don't forget to take time out for afternoon "Kaffee und Kuchen."
