Hi,

The best lounge will be the BA galleries club in T3 ( very new and very good with nice windows and views across the tarmac) Good food too.

PS As a BA silver card holder ( OW Sapphire) you could try the Cathay Business lounge and the AA Admirals Club but the BA lounge is better than all of them.
