FHolt, the way she explained it to me, Liberty Mutual will send a certificate in the mail to me and it's my responsibility to get this certificate to AA. I'm hoping for the following to happen.
1. I get the certificate
2. The certificate instructs where to send it for posting
3. This happens in time to get the partner.
Has anyone even received a certificate from Liberty Mutual?
