Don't blame Liberty Mutual too much for this one - it's the individual state's insurance laws, although it would have been nice to know upfront. After this thread came up I remebered when studying for an insurance test in Ohio that this would be considered "rebating" and that's why some state's residents aren't going to get these miles. No, I don't work for the insurance industry! (YUCK)
