About a month ago, I called Liberty Mutual for an auto insurance quote as a cheap 20/20 partner. At the end of the phone conversation, they took my frequent flier porgram number and assured me that my account would be accredited.
When I called last evening, however, I was told another story. According to the customer service representative, the program is not available in certain states.
Have any of you heard about the restriction? Or, has anyone in Texas (my home state) received miles from a Liberty Mutual quote?
Thanks,

I have not been credited the miles yet, although from the previous threads, it looks as if it will take up to 3 months (erin go braugh they are not). I specifically asked about TX and was told yes, I would receive miles. I received their quote in the mail so I am assuming that I have proof. (Then again I had proof with Office Max).
