First things first, edit your post ASAP to remove the actual references to your booking. You do not want that on a public site (not quite as bad as leaving, eg, your credit card number but nonetheless not very safe).
Second, on the BA site, select manage my booking and click on the link that says "Made a booking within the last 24 hours with a travel agent (not with British Airways)?" and fill in the details requested including the six alphanumeric character booking reference that you have been given to see whether it accepts it.
If that does not work, you can also try on
www.checkmytrip.com. If you can see your booking on there, have a closer look to see what British Airways reference it gives you and try again on the BA site with that reference. If all else fails, give a call to Virgin Hols and ask them for the BA reference for the BA flights in your booking.
