Can anyone help me?
I have booked a multi-leg trip with Virgin Holidays containing flights with BA, Virgin, Hawaiian and AA. I have been able to pre-assign my seats on Virgin and AA through their sites but am unable to work out my booking reference number on the BA site to manage my booking. I have tried the Booking reference number eg 48673/S10 on my virgin holidays form and tried the 6 letter/ number reference code for their site as well eg DZC3BV and also the 6 letter record locator number that worked on American Airlines eg BXGDJE. How can I work out my BA number. I just become a member of Executive Club but it cannot locate my reservations either because I cant work out this booking reference number.
