No doubt, however I can think of many other places where labour is just as cheap and it doesn't happen there. If they can do it in India then BA should be doing it everywhere where labour is cheap surely?

Going through Indian airport's is a test of endurance and patience, though it has improved vastly in the last few years. In order to keep premium passengers happy (and rich Indians who have fleets of servants), they employ people to get things done.
