As a long-time travel agent I'm uncomfortable with the term as OP chose to use it in the thread title as to me Hotelclub.com is not a travel agent but a hotel wholesaler, disounter or consolidator. The firm's parent, Orbitz, fits the description much better because of the wider variety of travel products, including airline tickets, that it sells. Call it semantics but that's MHO.
