They sort of have a policy for 3/19-3/31.
It basically is okay to change or refund.
If changing, the original booking inventory has to be available.
They have 2 F seats the day before I am due to fly (March 19 while I am scheduled March 20) but they say because of the original inventory restriction they can't book me in BA in F as Z is not available.
I'm flying with my wife to Rome from LHR on a connecting flight on the 21st (AA6603 code share with BA). I also called the EXP desk, but they couldn't give me any advice. They are supposedly waiting for the next update from BA on Monday before working through their options. Hoping we get to keep a direct flight option and not being routed through Madrid on IB or something like that...
