If you bought a cheap, super-restricted ticket (the non-changeable, non-refundable ones) don't bother, a change of the name would lead to issuing a new one ($$$ €€€). Otherwise, just call them and they may change it. In most cases a misspelling of the kind you describe causes absolutely no problem. Of course, if you are heading to the US, this may well lead to trouble...
