I’m generally very happy with the quality of the Hilton Istanbul, but I have two suggestions:
Let’s open a complimentary wireless internet network in the Executive lounge.
Balcony railings needs a renovation, it’s dangerously filled with wood chips (don’t lean on it!).
Thank you for your kind suggestions! We will surely take into consideration your comments for wireless internet at Executive Lounge. In the meantime, our Executive Floor guests can enjoy free internet at the PC terminals in the lounge. We are also working on applying some varnish samples in a sample room to proceed with the best solution on balcony balustrades.
