You can pay when you check out but keep in mind that they need to process each check and verify the validity of each check individually, so it can take time. As the final statement with the certificates applied shows the full amount charged and paid, I don't know if I'd jump through hoops to not have it displayed on the bill.

I just don't want my invoice to show up as 'paid with Hyatt Gift Checks' as I can only imagine what our bean counters will say. Sounds like I can pretty easily keep the 'overnight' invoice though.
