Some of the flights operated formerly by NWA are being routed strangely and cannot be catered properly due to the routing. I have found dinner flights at 5 going over 1500 miles to have "refreshments" due to catering problems.
Complain, it's worth 11,000 bonus miles in the customer complaint grid.
