I called EXP.

They sort of have a policy for 3/19-3/31.

It basically is okay to change or refund.

If changing, the original booking inventory has to be available.

They have 2 F seats the day before I am due to fly (March 19 while I am scheduled March 20) but they say because of the original inventory restriction they can't book me in BA in F as Z is not available.
