In my Elite booklet, from Switzerland, it states one should dial 00-800-xxxx-yyyy.
Why the 8 digits, after 800?, rather than 7 digits?
To put it another way, does one have to dial a eight digit 800 number from Switzerland, or can one also get away with dialing a 7 digits, after the 800 number?
