The restaurant on top of Samaratine department store is famous for its views and terrace. Not too pricy. The store is on the Right Bank of the Siene in the 4th. See photo. http://www.santm.com/gallery2/main.p...g2_itemId=3747

Check out the amazing hardware department in the basement of the store.
