Who cares whether there is an FAA reg or not? Do you also resent First pax boarding before Y? I doubt there is an FAA mandate that says airlines have to let F pax board before Y pax, but most airlines have that policy. Y pax shouldn't use F lavs period. Airlines that have and will enforce their own lav policy are the ones that get my business.
