Anyway, the aircraft will come from LHR on 3/19 and spend the day in JNB before it returns to LHR.

The crew comes down either 3/17 or 3/18.

Does this probably mean I will be okay?
At this point no one knows if the flight will operate or not. The flights are zeroed out (but all LHR flights are) for the strike days. BA has indicated they will operate some of the schedule with wet leased aircraft and replacement "volunteer" cabin crews.

To the question on the table, how will be able to get home? That will play out over the next few days. If you must travel on 20 March I suggest you have specific flights in mind when you call and try to get rerouted.
