Heineken owns Calanda/Haldengut and is brewing their beer in Chur. They also own 100% of Eichhof (Lucerne) now.

Feldschlösschen (does brew now also Carlsberg, Warteck, Hürlimann, Ziegelhof Liestal, and owns also the Brasserie Valaisanne in Sion ant the Cardinal brewery in Fribourg) is 100% owned by Carlsberg (Denmark).

All the above beers, except Heineken, are brewed after the rules of the 'Deutsches Reinheitsgebot' (Heineken does add some corn 'Mais').
