Went through CDG in January on United in Terminal 1. The passport control was about 15 minutes. The longer wait was for the secondary screening while they went through all the carry-on bags.

They confiscated a small nail clipper and 2 disposable razors from my luggage. I wish United had told me at check-in and I would have switched them into another bag.
