I concur with this description. I'm puzzled at the lack of elevator access to the club lounge because there are certainly people for whom this would be a problem. And for all my stays, there is no one who knows who I am. I'm reasonably good at making connections, and that just doesn't happen here. Still, I'm very happy here because the location is solid, the property is comfortable, the lounge offerings are good (endless sushi, anyone?) and I like the suite I am routinely given.
+2 My mom who has had back issues had difficulty climbing up the stairs, and she is a petite woman. On the other hand, GH Singapore was the first lounge I been to in a Hyatt and thought it was ok, well, after going to the lounge in GH NYC, Singapore's lounge looks really good. Free alcohol, 3 types of hot appetizers, sushi, some other cold appetizers, cheese plate, all pretty good.
