I think the OP is exaggerating his description of DL's service. It certainly is not bad enough to warrant some of his words.
My issue with not flying DL has to do with the SM program which to me is now worthless and with the power that be that have proven over and over that they cannot be trusted. I cannot do business with an entity that does not know what a promise means.
