I stayed at this property last month, avoid it like the plague.
Cat 7 mi culo, as the previous posters mentioned, no Diamond recognition whatsoever, breakfast poor by UK standards (no omelettes or waffles) and smallish rooms even for a UK property.

The "normal" Bracknell property is at £45 right now and is better value IMO.
