Sorry for the late reply. Okay just called NH SFC desk.

Verified. If you miss your first flight sector the ticket will become invalid. (if you flew the first sector the other sectors can be changed)

Under special circumstances (if the NH flight gets delayed or others) they will consider it case by case, but remember tickets must be issued for flights 3 hours after the scheduled arrival time in NRT.

Winter arrival 7.05am Summer arrival 7.25am

Probably you will need to take ANA 623 which departs at 11.25am to be legal.
