It's the beer/soda bottles and cans and other packaging materials and wrappers as well as discarded sunscreen tubes/bottles, and other plastic trash that ought to be banned. Coconuts in reasonable numbers will not harm the beach. But if there are too many, they can institue fines for littering. Or have deposits for coconuts.
