Does Sprint (and Verizon) require a yearly contract
I am going to France for 3 weeks, from US

Taking a unlocked BB Curve 8320 (with SIM slot)
and a locked iphone (3G)

Are there other options?

p.s. Don't get a Blackberry 8830 it is a total POS, if you have one upgrade to a tour.
