I'm working on getting mine right now - the only partner I have had a problem with. (Even Vehicles Online posted.)

I thought they were okay but maybe I just didn't read enough posts before I bought from them. And their first email reply, after my inquiry, wasn't very hopeful but the latest one was very encouraging, saying the request had gone through to AOL. It was personalized and sounded sincere, I hope. Plus, they are staying in constant communication, which is saying alot.
