as of 2009 marriott owns 3 international RC (1 owned 180 rooms & 2 leased 552 rooms)
1 owned = st thomas (first international fractionals. abaco is only other, launched apr 2009.)
seems like some room counts are not correct, so cant figure out the 2 leased.
