new to Hyatt; need advice/help

Having read this and other threads (and having signed up for a new GP account which gives me trial Plat status) I have a few questions about booking a June stay in Orlando. Right now all of the Gx bonuses only go through Febraruy (when do expired promiotions get removed??) or in a few cases through May. Should I wait to book or can these bonuses be added to a reservation afterwards?

I assume Gx bonuses are per stay bonuses, so if I want to hotel hop between properties, I will maximize bonuses, correct?

Finally, since Hyatt seems to be on track to unveil the Next Big Thing or Big Welcome or new FFN or whatever at the end of March, should I also wait until then in order better understand my options? Or even longer?--in other words, how often does Hyatt unveil these mega promotions or even little (Gx) promotions?

Finally, it seems like booking their non-refundable rates this far in advance (I like the prices) is not a good idea given that new promos seem to be fairly regularly offered. So when should I pull the trigger on these rates? For example, the 30+ Prior rate details at the HP Orlando Airport say that booking should be done 60-89 days prior to the stay. Any advice would be appreciated cuz this all seems really confusing. Thanks.
