Talk about brass (nevermind)........Reading the article (link) it appears he lost his case and his demand for $8,000. He also had to pay the court fee. Really the judge was right - it is not the job of any flight attendant to examine or diagnose. His wife was with him, why didn't he just ask the male attendant to get her to "examine" him ?
