You will be able to use one cert per room. The key is it's a Plat cert, and is transferable to your immediate family. So if the rooms are for your immediate family, you will 100% sure that you can use it. I've personally have upgraded two rooms two a suite on same dates before with no problem, but it was for immediate family.
Since its' for work, I would confirm with reservations or the hotel if they will make an exception.
