You should be on the list as long as:
(1) Your One Pass number is contained in the reservation, and
(2) You do not have any non-elites on the same PNR as yourself, and
(3) Your flight is not a "Business First" flight which does not offer complimentary upgrades, and
(4) Your elite status did not expire as of 2/28/10 which is the end of the last elite program year
Also noticed that your profile says your home airport is YYZ. Make sure that your flight is not an RJ as many to Toronto are operated with these aircraft which has no FC.
