Just learned of another oddity in Business ExtrAA's account(ing) system. I thought I was missing some promo points from a trip in Q3 last year. I'd been told that the points would post in late Nov, but they never showed up.

I emailed customer service today, and it turned out that they actually did post in December, but are listed in my Q3 Point Summary rather than in Q4!
