Thanks folks. All of these reservations were made on-line in my name as I am acting as TA for this vacation...and as we know fairmont.ca only lets you book them one at a time.

The other twist is that other guests in the other rooms are all "upgradable" in and of themselves. Namely they are family, so these are people that I would normally be able to transfer certs to.
